Results of First Pitlochry Junior Highland Open Event
Over 50 Junior Golfers took part from 14 golf clubs in the first Junior Open to take place at Pitlochry on 17 June. It is hoped that the event will emulate the success of both the Men’s and Ladies’ Highland contests which already take place at the club.
In a strong field of single handicap golfers, Mark Bell continued a successful year in junior golf by winning the competition ahead of fellow Pitlochry members Jamie Burrows and Graeme Millar. Mark has already made the final of the Perthshire Junior Matchplay and the 3rd round of the Scottish Boys matchplay this year. |
