The Gauld’s Undertakers Men’s Senior’s Open was played on 24 May on a fine but windy day. Scoring despite this was in some cases good and a very close finish resulted.
72 competitors from far and wide enjoyed a good day’s sport in the true tradition of Seniors Golf. Senior’s Captain, Tony Walsh, thanked all involved in making this event such a success with particular thanks to David Gauld the generous Sponsor.
David and Mrs Gauld presented the prizes to the winners, which at least included one of the club’s own members, Ali Campbell.
